Class Schedule

Things you will need for class: a yoga mat, a small hand towel, yogitoes or other mat length towel, water and an open mind, all of which are available at the studio for rent or purchase...except the open mind that's all you. You do not need to register in advance for class - just arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of class!

  • All Levels: hot, power flow yoga class appropriate for everyone. Offering a challenging flow, with options given for modifications. Studio temperature approximately 85 degrees.
  • Basics:great for beginners or those who want to refine their practice. Emphasis is on foundational poses, breathwork and alignment; studio is warm, appproximately 75 degrees.
  • Deep Flow: a deeply reviving, healing and contemplative class designed to promote physical and emotional balance, self-healing, release of stress and greater inner awareness. Deep Flow blends Asanas (physical postures), Pranayama (breath), Mantra and Meditation with the core philosophical principles of Yoga and Holistic Healing.
